I decided to really focus on painting seascapes, which I find fascinating. So I’m challenging myself to paint 100 seascapes, in order to see improvement and changing style. I have already done several since last summer, but switching to oil paints (from acrylic) in January has been a bit of a learning curve. I don’t have an update on how many I have done so far, but here are a few done in the past two weeks — to get the project rolling. These are all done from photos I’ve taken in the past several months.
